When is payment due?
Payment is ALWAYS due on or before the 1st of each month when paying directly. Card payments are billed automatically.
Do my trash cans need to be visible and accessible for the driver?
Yes, cans MUST be visible and accessible to the driver at the time of arrival.
What happens if my cans are not visible and/or accessible?
If cans are behind gate, in garage, or blocked by vehicles, boats, etc., the driver will not take-out/retrieve. The driver will also NOT make another trip by to the property to service that day. If you own a vacation rental, you are responsible to notify guests of our service and expectations for service to be rendered. Upon owner request, driver will return for a $20 service fee.
What happens if I have prepaid and I decide to sell my house?
There will be no refunds on prepaid, discounted service plans. Those plans that are non-refundable are the Quarterly, 6 month and 1 year plans.

Is this service for any trash cans?
Service only applies to city-issued cans.
